    Returns & Refunds

    • If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us to make changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, it cannot be altered. However, it can be returned with 14 days for a refund.

    • We offer a 14 day return policy on most products. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. 

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.

    • ​Once we’ve received your returned item, we aim to process the refund within 14 business days. You will receive the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
