    Such good quality. The footmuffs are amazing

    It arrived really fast, was easy to assemble and is overall fantastic.

    • Shipping & Delivery

    • Prams, pushchairs, bags, baby carriers, and cosy wear deliver in 1-2 days! 

    • For other products shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. 

    • We currently ship within the UK. We plan to expand our shipping regions soon.

    • All prices and shipping costs are final, there are no hidden taxes or costs.

    • Multi item orders may arrive in separate packages.

    Returns & Refunds

    • If your order has not been processed, you can contact us to make changes or cancellations. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be altered. However, it can be returned with 14 days for a refund.

    • We offer a 14 day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. 

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.

    • ​Once we’ve received your returned item, we aim to process the refund within 14 business days. You will receive the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
