    • Prams ship in 2-3 days! 

    • For other products shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Some items may have a longer shipping time due to international shipping from our suppliers.

    • We currently ship within the UK. We plan to expand our shipping regions soon.

    • All prices and shipping costs are final, there are no hidden taxes or costs.

    Returns & Refunds

    • If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us to make changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, it cannot be altered. However, it can be returned with 14 days for a refund.

    • We offer a 14 day return policy on most products. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. 

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.

    • ​Once we’ve received your returned item, we aim to process the refund within 14 business days. You will receive the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
